Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
MD24 House Call is a unique and innovative multi-specialty house call practice. An industry-leading network of house call doctors, physician assistants and nurse practitioners that are dedicated to improving the quality of life for our elderly patients in the comfort of their own homes. Our unique model allows you to spend more time with patients and provide excellent patient care. Your average patient load will be eight to ten patients a day.
We are looking to hire Full Time/Part Time for multiple specialties such as: ENT, Pain Management, Wound Care, Dermatology, Neurology, Psychiatry, Oncology, Cardiology, Family Practice, Internal Medicine, and Geriatrics. Work for this position will be performed in Fountain Valley and surrounding areas.
MD24 House Call covers your malpractice insurance including a tail policy. You will have access to a support staff; Registration, Scheduling, Billers/Coders, Insurance Verification, and Medical Assistants.

Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat patients in private homes or assisted living facilities
Prescribe medications as needed
Ordering diagnostic tests such as EKG's, ABI , PFT, and blood draws etc
Analyzing and interpreting patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, or diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses
Developing treatment plans based on standards of care and professional practice guidelines
Diagnosing and treat health care problems such as illnesses, infections, and injuries
Job Requirements:
License must be current and in good standing in the State of California
One to two years' experience as an NP/PA and at least one year in desired specialty field
Proficient on a Windows based computer
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
Must have current DEA and NPI
This is the perfect position for an experienced NP/PA who is looking to spend more time with patients and focusing on excellent patient care. We are an innovative, tech savvy company that is rapidly expanding the house-call network model with our patent-pending telemedicine application.
Position is Monday through Friday; we offer full benefits for full time employees and a competitive compensation structure.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
