The candidates must have a demonstrated track record of proficiency with DeltaV control systems and a proven ability to troubleshoot in a compliant biologic manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
-Design, develop, implement and support testing of changes to the DeltaV automation systems(E.g.-Control Modules, Phase, Batch logic, Operation) as specified by manufacturing and engineering teams.
-Provide guidance to Manufacturing and engineering personnel in the functionality of DeltaV automation systems.
-Assist in the development of Automation Standard Operating Procedures, Philosophies, Strategies and functional specifications documents.
-Provide troubleshooting assistance to Manufacturing and Utilities departments.
-Investigation and documentation of issues encountered, including proposal of solutions.
Requirements:
The candidate must have:
-A Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Science discipline or equivalent combination of education and technical experience.
-A minimum of six (6) years' experience in process controls in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology sector.
-Solid experience working with DeltaV control system logic and making changes in a qualified environment.
-Syncade experience is plus.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
-Ability to work effectively in a fast paced multitasking environment.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
