Customer Service Representative (Loan Specialist)

No experience necessary! This Employee Owner work environment is similar to the work environment of a Credit Union or Bank since you are dealing with similar situations (without the strict dress code!) In this exciting, fast paced position you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to Members/Customers for Credit Unions/Banks nationwide as you take their loan applications over the phone.

We provide up to 6 weeks of paid training. You will learn everything regarding lending, credit, sales, and customer service, plus have an opportunity to advance your career. You will be required to multitask and navigate through several windows quickly; while maintaining a professional and upbeat tone. We have positions available at either our Naperville or Elgin locations. We offer competitive compensation consistent with qualifications and experience. Training starts soon!

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
