Property/Casualty Insurance Agent
Career Connections is looking for a property/casualty licensed insurance agent to maintain accounts and process claims for one of their clients, an insurance firm in Athens. Duties may include some cold calling, but only a very small amount. Most leads will be generated from a large existing database, company marketing, walk-ins and telephone inquiries.
This is a temp-to-direct position offering full-time hours. The schedule will be Monday-Friday, 9:
00 a.m.- 5:
00 p.m., with an hour off for lunch. The starting pay rate is $12/hour but upon permanent hire, a strong candidate can expect to earn $25-35K/year plus benefits.
The ideal candidate will be licensed and have work experience in the insurance field. Having a life/health license is appealing to the client as well. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and a professional, mature attitude.
