Production Supervisor
? Supervision of converting lines & employees to optimize Health and safety, ensure quality production, with a focus on customer centric value chain.
? Provide technical and troubleshooting support, Leading Action plans to improve machine operations
? Provide feedback:
compose hourly employee reviews & performance documentation. Coaching and mentoring as required
? Suggest and implement continuous improvement to manufacturing processes
? Exceptional leadership, planning and organizational skills
? Results oriented and the ability to motivate a team to perform at high levels
? Experience in trouble shooting and process improvement
? Good decision making ability and innovation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Microsoft Office, AS 400 & SAP skills Preferred
? We are 24/7 operation and weekend and evening on call availability is required
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
