Job Description:
We are looking for a media professional to work in all aspects of the media process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You like to be challenged! We have a broad variety of clients that you will be working with: Travel & Tourism, Arts & Culture, Banking, Educational, Automotive, Health & Wellness, Manufacturing, Environmental, Not-For-Profits, Philanthropic, and more
Evaluate media options and provide your recommendations based on clients' goals and objectives
Buy media through negotiating, placement, and authenticating
Update media plans, including timing changes, revisions, budgeting, and make-goods
Responsible for invoice reconciliation; includes working with vendors and our accounting team to identify and resolve discrepancies
Responsible for monthly media billing
Interact with our team, including account service, accounting, and creative, as well as directly with our clients
Relay vendor deadline and spec information to our team to make sure campaigns start on time
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in all media - digital, broadcast, print, OOH
Experience with Google AdWords, Yahoo Bing Network, Facebook Advertising, Twitter Advertising, and other digital media platforms
Ability to analyze and report on digital media advertising for client review
Experience in media within the agency environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience with media buying software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
You can multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and are excellent at prioritizing
