CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MARKET SURVEY ANALYST - Support the cost estimating division of the Company by performing in depth product market research, data input and data analysis. Bachelor or Associates degree in Building Construction Technologies preferred.
CONSTRUCTION JUNIOR ESTIMATOR - Support the cost estimating division of the Company by performing quantity take-off, data input, data analysis, and product market research. Bachelor or Associates degree in Building Construction Technologies preferred.
CONSTRUCTION SENIOR ESTIMATOR - Senior Estimator supports the cost estimating division of the Company in overseeing the production and execution of general or a specific design/construction discipline and management of a limited staff of senior level to junior level team members; and by performing quantity take-off, data input, data analysis, and product research. Bachelor or Graduate degree in construction related fields preferred.
Competency with MS Office programs; estimating and project manager software; ability to read, analyze and interpret blue prints and project specifications is required.
