In this 1-year in store train the trainer program, Retail Sales Training reps will teach value/benefits of a variety of flooring products, including Mohawk and 8 other merchants, to individual and groups. Retail Sales Trainer will spread the Mohawk brand and make a significant impact on sales by effectively training store associates and by educating customers.
SCHEDULE:
Retail Sales Trainers: Tuesday-Saturday; 10am-6pm (Flexible)
Pay/requirements:
$40K-$41,500/yr
Up to $4K/yr in performance bonuses (quarterly)
background and drug screen
flat rate mileage, 0.32c/mile
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
