Marketing Assistant Manager Position Available!
FM Management Group is hiring for an Assistant Marketing Manager Trainee for one of the leading Event Marketing and Promotional Advertising firms in the nation.
POSITION
The Assistant Marketing Manager be part of an enthusiastic and motivated team of financial service professionals. You will be helping our customers get the cash they need, when they need it, and you will be working in a friendly environment with great opportunities and benefits, where talented employees can get ahead.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
o Provide exceptional customer service with every existing and potential customer
o Educate customers on all product offerings
o Process loan applications and make loans
o Safeguard and maintain customer records
o Make collection calls on overdue loans
o Open and close the store
REQUIREMENTS
o Exceptional customer service attitude
o Previous experience in retail, banking, hospitality, customer service, or collections
o Some computer familiarity or skills
o Able to work Monday to Saturday
o High school diploma / GED
o Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
o Must pass credit, MVR (driving record) and criminal background checks
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
o Retail sales experience (e.g., store manager, assistant store manager)
o Banking experience (e.g., branch manager, assistant branch manager, bank teller)
o Hospitality experience (e.g., restaurant / hotel / property manager, restaurant / hotel / property assistant manager)
o Customer service experience (e.g., customer service representative, customer service associate)
o Collections experience (e.g., collector, collections representative, collections associate)
