Large, established company headquartered in Riviera Beach is immediately looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Human Resources Manager in our new Punta Gorda facility. As a Human Resources Manager you will be responsible for working with all departments managing the employee lifecycle (hiring, training, progression, counseling, termination). This position is responsible for developing and enforcing policies and procedures; managing employee relations and employee benefits, strategic planning with General Counsel, Corporate Senior Human Resources Director and Safety and Risk Director. Must have knowledge of state and federal laws, regulations and ordinances. Applicant should have a 4 year degree or equivalent combination of education and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a definite plus. Above all our newest team members will have a make it happen type of attitude; take personal pride in their work and love to work in a team environment.
