Roles & Responsibilities
? Provide excellent Guest service from check-in to check-out.
? Answer phone calls, set appointments, and greet Guests.
? Sell retail products, services, and Lifestyle Programs.
? Maintain professional front desk and reception area.
? File maintenance, data entry.
Skills & Requirements
? Positive, energetic attitude with upbeat customer service skills
? Direct sales or extensive customer service experience - minimum 1 year
? Experience with computer software -minimum 1 year
? Excellent communication and organizational skills
? Available to work flexible hours and days; must be available to work weekends
Pay:
$11.00 per hour plus bi-weekly commissions and bonus potential
Night and weekend hours available
Dental and Vision insurance available for full time employees-100% paid by employer, plus paid vacationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
