Summary:
The Mgr-Patient Care Unit manages activities, workflow and nursing resources of assigned nursing unit(s).
Responsibilities:
Ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Conducts hiring, training, directing, development and evaluating of staff.
Identifies and resolves issues affecting the delivery of patient care services for the assigned unit(s).
Develops and implements policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of health services in a unit.
Monitors and adheres to budget.
Approves or monitors expenditures, purchases and other actions to ensure compliance with budget guidelines.
Education &
Experience:
Minimum Qualification: Three years of experience working as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent.
Preferred Qualification: Three years of experience working as a Registered Nurse (RN). One year of experience directly supervising staff.
Minimum Qualification: Associate's Degree in Nursing (RN).
Preferred Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (RN).
Licenses & Certifications:
Preferred Qualification: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification.
Minimum Qualification: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification obtained within six months of hire date to position.
Preferred Qualification: Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
Minimum Qualification: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License in the State of Indiana obtained by hire date to position.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
