JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
2. Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
3. Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
4. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
5. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
6. Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
7. Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions, HVAC repairs and other building maintenance as required.
8. Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
9. Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to management.
10. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Other Functions
1. Must be able to do maintenance (repairs and preventative) on machines to keep them running efficiently.
2. Must be able to handle multiple tasks and assignments at one time.
3. Use of different types of lifts: forklift, and hand lifts.
4. Use of different types of tools, for example: multimeter, precision measuring devices, mechanics / maintenance tools.
5. Must be able to work independently.
6. Daily contact requiring courtesy, discretion and sound judgment. Understand they are a representative of the employer.
7. Required to perform all other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

Required Minimum Qualifications
Education and
Experience:
? Two (2) year Maintenance Technician degree or equivelant education or five (5) years of electrical mechanical work.
? Minimum of one (1) year prior experience with manufacturing production machines
? Must be available for call-ins during off hours
? May occassionally require travel
? Ability to work a flexible work schedule based on need and schedules
? Annual aerial lift certification
? Valid driver's license
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
K: Thorough knowledge of production maintenance experience
Knowledge of: hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical/industrial skills with some Programmable Logical Control (PLC) experience, HVAC and basic welding skills
Basic computer knowledge
Full understanding of company's safety procedures and policies

S: Basic math and measuring skills
Skill in operation of company tools and equipment
Organizational, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Basic machine maintenance skills/trouble-shooting skills

A: Ability to think and react quickly, ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to balance and achieve positive results in the areas of safety, quality, productivity and cost.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
