Front Desk Agent

Interacts with guests both in person and on the phone; taking reservations, checking them in and out of the hotel, processing payments, answering questions, providing information for shopping, dining, entertainment, directions and more. This qualified professional Agent will assist/direct guests as needed, smoothly resolve any problems/complaints and assist in ensuring a pleasant and quality experience at Vintners Inn.
o Minimum of 1 year hospitality industry experience is required.
o Commitment to excellence and high standards
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Ability to perform basic math skills.
o Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
o Acute attention to detail
o Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

o Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

o Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
o Bilingual skills a plus.
Work hours vary as dictated by business needs, and will include evenings, weekends and holidays. Complete benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), paid vacation and holidays.
EOE.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
