CNC Operator
Math Skills:
Ability to understand complex instructions, how schematics work and make sure items are designed and built correctly. Work with geometric dimensions and tolerances to plan machining activities.
Problem Solving Skills:
Some knowledge desired but will train to a certain extent on how to know why machines are not at peak performance, how to increase output and how to fix errors.
Attention to Detail:
Will work with precision equipment. Keen attention to detail is required.
Read and interpret blueprints to comprehend work orders
Meet tolerance environments of the machine by setting gauges and measuring instruments appropriately
Perform preventative and regular maintenance on machines, equipment and tools used in all processes
Troubleshoot machining problems during processes to ensure efficacy of procedure
Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift only. There are no 1st shift openings.
Other duties as assigned.
Standing, stooping, turning, twisting, grabbing and reaching
Ability to lift 50lbs.
Full time, temp to hire,
Wage range $10-$12 based on experience
Client would like if you also have your own tools
Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background checks are required for these openings.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
