JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
Assists in overseeing the entire production operation. Hires, trains, supervises and disciplines personnel. Responsible for production and quality of product.
Essential Functions
Responsibilities:
Supervises all employees, troubleshoots and makes daily decisions to assure quality and flow of product. Responsible for training and spot checking employees in efficiency and quality of production, safety practices and general employee compliance.
Expectations for the Position:
To guarantee all aspects of the plant and that employees function in a fashion which meet quality standards, timeliness and safety standards.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position directly supervises the Plant Manager and indirectly supervises all employees in the production plant.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Safety
The employee will work in a safe manner at all times. Personal Protective Equipment is required when participating in tasks that require PPE.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work will be determined by management and at times mandatory overtime may be required.
Travel
There is no travel expected of this position.
Required Education and Experience
1. High school diploma or GED diploma.
2. Participation in all safety training prior to beginning work.
3. Extensive on the job training with mentor available at all times until skills are consistently displayed.
4. Periodic seminars and in-service to maintain most current, updated information in the industry.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
