Mortgage Loan Originator
Full-time,Processor's Loan Originators, Team Leaders, Branch Managers or Regional Managers who are seasoned with a book of business. We also need someone who can help service our current MSA accounts, Purchase leads, and BJ's Warehouse leads. This position comes with a base salary. Comps range from (100BPS-200BPS and Salary from 25k-30k) MUST KNOW ENCOMPASS INSIDE AND OUT OR PLEASE REFRAIN FROM APPLYING!

Qualifications:
NMLS licensing
Completion of federal and state licensing or ability to complete training & licensing requirements
1
years as a Mortgage Sales Professional
Experience with Encompass a plus but not required
Knowledge of conventional and government loan guidelines
Ability to pass a credit, criminal and drug screening background review
Proficiency in standardized software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
