East Coast Family, LLC., an IHOP franchise, is seeking an Assistant Manager for its Richmond, VA restaurant location.
Primary
Responsibilities: Provide hands-on leadership and supervision within a fast-paced environment to restaurant employees for all aspects of each shift worked in a single restaurant.
Specific Functions and Duties:
Reports to the restaurant General Manager.
May supervise 15 - 20 restaurant employees per shift.
Have direct accountability for all operational results for each shift worked.
Must be able to set goals in a team sponsored environment
Have a high energy level with a hands-on approach to achieve results
Strong desire to work and to be leaders
Requirements:
Age: 18 years old or older
Eligibility: Legal right to work in the United States
Work Schedule: Able to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays and some overnight shifts
Prior
Experience: Minimum of 2 years leadership experience in a family dining restaurant environment
Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation
Background Check: Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Physical Demands: Able to lift 10-40 pounds, reach with arms and hands, stand and walk for long periods

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
