My name is Mikeesha and I represent The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Communications Specialist for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Tarrytown, NY. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
Assists in tracking the perception of the company via editorial contacts and placements in trade publications.
Assists in the preparation and design of employee newsletters, brochures and/or related materials.
Assists in the management of the company's identity program, including signage, stationery, literature, etc.
Responsibilities:
Prepares routine internal and external communications materials/activities to promote and support the mission, objectives, and business goals of the organization.
Performs routine upkeep of company intranet content.
Email list and database segmentation; Email creation (HTML editing and troubleshooting); Email account maintenance; Testing emails; Scheduling and deploying of emails
Report key metrics of digital marketing campaigns, create dashboards for stakeholders
Intranet maintenance and improvement
FAQ and documentation creation
Troubleshooting and first level support of email and marketing automation platforms
