Mortgage Loan Assistant
Looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Assistant that's interested in working for a dynamic, fast paced, mortgage banking company. Assistant will directly assist the Loan Officer with prospective clients while guiding them through the loan process from application through funding.
Duties entail:
Assist prospective clients through the loan application process and answers any questions about the process.
Obtains the necessary documentation and verifications for the loan application.
Reviews all documentation to ensure that loan file is complete and accurate according to company's policy and procedures.
Managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines simultaneously.
Acquiring and maintaining a thorough knowledge of loan policies, credit policies, procedures, documents and terminology.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications: Two to three years of experience as a mortgage loan assistant.
