SUMMARYThis jobs primary purpose is to register existing owners into the Resorts Owner Referral program.
DUTIESRegister new and existing owners into the Referral program, explaining the program in detail.
Provide customer service for new and existing owners.
Data entry of orphan leads.
Daily distribution of referral appointments to sales representatives for Specialty programs.
Lead generation for non-buyers in the Giftroom.
Provide copies of leads to appropriate departments.
Ensure that all referral lists have all the pertinent information.
Daily count for Dayline and Inhouse leads generated.

LANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or team members of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s.
Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
REASONING ABILITIESAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
