Position Overview:
The Store Manager will oversee an assigned location and must have a passion for technology and customer service. The Store Manager is responsible for executing personal sales, supporting the employees and ensuring goals for each store are attained and exceeded.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
Leading team to achieve sales targets and metrics.
Recruiting, hiring and assisting in the development of new employees.
Resolve customer and employee escalations.
Executing and enforcing policies and process of Connect Wireless and AT&T.
Working closely with Regional Leaders to ensure best outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years wireless experience.
Past supervisory experience in a comparable role.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Strong communication skills.
