Customer Service Quality Team Member

OVERVIEW

The Services Team Member is responsible for ensuring that OnSource services meet the expectations of our clients and for answering day-to-day questions from our clients, their customers, and our technicians. The successful candidate is responsible for reviewing the photos captured as part of our web-based services, assessing and scoring image quality and accuracy for all completed cases, and sharing these images with clients via the internet or their software applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Review and evaluate online case photos for quality, accuracy and completeness; score each case technician's work and provide feedback
Upload image files, enter data and provide updates real-time into case management software and web-based applications
Contact customers, clients and technicians to clarify data, resolve issues, and coordinate services
Provide inbound and outbound phone and email support for clients, customers and technicians
Provide technical assistance to customers and technicians related to using our mobile apps
Recommend process improvements as appropriate to help enhance customer satisfaction and the quality of work

KEY COMPETENCIES

Significant experience handling high-volume outbound and inbound customer service calls
Experience with customer service and quality practices
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
Good listening skills and empathy
Proficient data entry and documentation skills with the ability to use computers and various software applications; strong knowledge of how to upload and share digital image files
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, adaptable and flexible
Organized and disciplined in managing work with attention to detail
Ability to identify and resolve issues; uses good judgment and is professional
An energetic team member with the ability to work with others

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
