Design Engineer

JOB SUMMARY
Design, test and develop product and product components.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Design and develop product component parts, product subassemblies and product complete assemblies.
2. Work with Drafting Personnel on the product detailed layout, detailed prints, parts specifications and Bill of Material.
3. Analyze and interpret test data and make such modifications as may become necessary to meet certain product performance and safety requirements.
4. Schedule the activities relative to the design and development of a product or project assignment.
5. Update the schedule as required.
6. Formulate product design specifications and update these specifications as required.
7. Become thoroughly knowledgeable about the Approval Agency requirements of concern, such as, U L or CSA or ASME.
8. Suggest new product ideas and maintain records for potentially patentable ideas.
8. Work in a team environment.
9. Provides production support to the machining area and the assembly area

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Basic Electrical Knowledge
Project Management- From design concept to manufacturing
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook)
Solid Works (2D & 3D)
Time Management

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Required Education / Experience
BS in Engineering Field, Preferably Mechanical
3-5 years' experience in Design/Product Engineering
Preferred Education / Experience
Experience with Heat Transfers and Air Movements is a plusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
