Position Title: Customer Service Representative
B&G Equipment Company is looking for someone with solid Customer Service experience on a commercial/industrial product. We need someone that has experience providing excellent Customer Service, can read and comprehend parts lists and that can troubleshooting technical questions.
Position
Summary:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for maintaining good customer-company relationships through communication and servicing of accounts.
Accountabilities:
o Maintains consistent and friendly attitude, communications and interaction with company customer base. Accurately enter orders directly to computer system and send necessary acknowledgements.
o Follows through on customer requests or questions in a timely and consistent manner. Sets up new accounts. Expedites orders and prepares all necessary paperwork. Issues Return Authorization Numbers to customers.
o Acquires through knowledge of products and parts, customer requirements, company procedures and practices, so as to provide customers with accurate information including technical advice.
o Interacts with Sales and shipping departments as well as other departments within the Company to establish shipping dates, solve problems, correct errors and provide information to customers.
o Communicates difficult problems/concerns to Supervisor.
Qualifications:
2-3 years Customer Service experience on a commercial/industrial product required. Proficiency with computers, excellent temperament skills are required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
