Seeking solid project manager to work closely with Drug Development Research, Preclinical and Clinical Development, Biostatistics, and Regulatory developing predictive models using the Physiologically-Based Pharmacokinetic approach.
Activities:
Designing, analyzing, and reporting nonclinical and clinical drug development pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamica and Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, and Excretion studies.
Developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria.
Creating and managing large datasets using software such SimCyp, GastroPlus, Berkeley Madonna, Phoenix, JMP, SAS, MatLab, etc.
Support conceptualization and selection of drug candidates.
Authoring reports and summary documents for use in regulatory submissions.
Develop Phase I dose recommendations.
