HVAC Pre-construction Manager in Bay Area
We are a large, growing Commercial Mechanical Contractor in the Bay Area and work on some of the biggest and best projects in CA, and we are currently looking for a HVAC Pre-construction Manager to add to our team.
Responsibilities:
Meet with Owners, Engineers of other trades and GC's to discuss upcoming projects
Work closely with Estimating Department and Senior Management to help on upcoming projects
Attend Pre-construction meetings
Assist schedulers and estimators and help with QAQC
Requirements:
15
years of experience
Stable work-history
extensive Pre-construction experience
excellent communication skills
extensive HVAC knowledge
Preferred background:
HVAC Foreman, Superintendent, Project Management, and Estimating experience in the past
Work on large-scale HVAC Projects
