Construction Superintendent
RDS Contracting, Inc. is seeking Construction Superintendents with at least 5
years of commercial construction experience in Southern California. We are looking for a flexible, detail-oriented team player's with the ability to manage Tenant Improvements & ground up projects, experience Self-Storage projects is a plus.
The successful candidates must possess the following:
1) Must have ground up experience. 5
Years as a Superintendent.
2) Must have Tenant Improvement experience. 4
years as a Superintendent.
3) Excellent listening skills and have strong communication skills.
4) Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
5) Effective participation in team environment.
6) Proficient computer skills in Microsoft based software including Project & Outlook.
7) Ability to work with PDF & Digital pictures.
A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
Create construction schedules using Microsoft project, perform regular updates and monitor/manage the construction progress.
Coordinate jobsite logistics.
Coordinate subcontractor work scopes, scheduling, and resource-loading.
Compensation will be commensurate with the experience of the candidate. We offer a highly competitive compensation package.
