Prep Room Supervisor
Our client, the largest applicator of coatings in the Northeast has an immediate opening for a Prep Room Supervisor.
This is a full time, temp to hire position where you'll earn $14.00 to $18.00/hr depending on experience.
To qualify for this position you must have:
Minimum 5 years' experience with prepping plastic or metal parts. (Auto body experience a plus)
Must be familiar with feathering a part.
Must have full understanding of patching and filling parts using spot putty and bondo.
Must have a full understanding of hand sanders. Orbital sanders and vibratory sanders-Sandblasting experience a plus.
Fully familiar with the range of sandpaper grits and how to use them to prep a part correctly.
Supervisory experience required; will be in charge of an area that will have 2-4 employees.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
