Accountant
ResourceMFG Search Group is currently seeking an Accountant for the Indian Trail area.
Account receivables: apply payments to customers, email and mail invoices to customers, call customers when past due, make deposits, reconcile cash
? Account payables: verify invoices match purchase orders and clarify differences with vendors, input payables into system
? Inventory control: issue work orders, maintain inventory
? Maintain reports
? Work with CPA firm on month-end and year-end entries
Required qualification:
? Strong organizational skills
? Accuracy and thoroughness
? At least 5-7 years of experience in Accounting
? Ability to multi-task and to work independently
? Good communication skills
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel
Salary is around 41-42K
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
