Full-Time Administrative Assistant/Marketing Assistant
Responsibilities Include:
- A hospitable attention to the needs and requests of all the company's clientele
- Answering, screening and directing phone calls
- Assisting clients and monitoring security awareness
- Communicating information promptly and effectively
-Prepare, Send & Receive Faxes
-Be an Office Ninja Octopus
-Email Blast Marketing
-Prepare marketing mailing materials & brochures to mail to clients
-Promote Company using Social Media
-Contact clients when needed
-Contact clients about billing & invoices
-Prepare invoices
-Lead Generation through Social Media
- Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies
- Accurately logging and tracking deliveries
Qualifications:
-Bachelors Degree
-Well Spoken
-Laid Back
-Pleasant personality
-Able to take direction from Management & Leadership team
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- An obsessive attention to detail
- Previous experience in client services a must
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high volume environment
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible schedule and ability to work early mornings
-Previous experience in the healthcare and/or HR industry a plus

Salary: $30,000/yr
Commission with benefits
Schedule: M-F 9-5p.m.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
