Consult with clients to analyze data and provide solutions to plan, design, develop, and implement software applications using Java, Oracle, J2EE, JSP, JavaScript, COBOL, CICS, Spring, and/or SQL. Gather requirements for, design, develop, analyze, and test software systems, and resolve problems of diverse scope with little supervision or instruction. Exercise independent judgment in selecting the methods and techniques required for the implementation of software solutions. Liaise with key client contacts and act as a technical expert in connection with the resolution of complex issues. Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the planning, design, development, and implementation of software solutions. (In lieu of a Bachelors degree and 5 years of experience, will accept a Masters degree or foreign equivalent degree in a stated field and 3 years of experience as stated.) All stated experience must include using 1 of the following technologies to gather requirements for, design, develop, analyze, and test software systems: Java, J2EE, or COBOL. Stated or other experience must also include using 1 of the following: Oracle, JSP, JavaScript, CICS, Spring, or SQL. Work site: Relocation for long and short term projects to client sites at varying unanticipated locations through the U.S. will be required. No telecommuting. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
