The market leader in gluten-free food in Europe has a state-of-the-art plant in Southern, NJ producing breads, bagels and roll products supplying retailers in the US and Canada. 2-shift, 5 day production.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the production, quality, sanitation, maintenance, warehousing, materials management and safety.
Provide the leadership and vision to inspire and drive the plant employees to achieve and surpass all set business goals and objectives.
Manage the production process, cost optimization, demands, volumes, timings, labor conditions, quality initiatives, compliance, documentation, testing, safety, financial initiatives and procurement of equipment, ingredients and related materials.
Staffing, identify training needs, performance assessment and annual appraisals.
US production budget, investment plan, KPI's and other monthly reports.
Qualifications:
BS/BA.
5
years baked goods experience.
USDA / FDA background.
HACCP, GMPs, SOPs, AIB, Organic, and Hazard Analysis.
Salary $100-150K, MBO10% bonus, medical, dental, 401k, vacation, holidays.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
