Firmitas is currently looking for a Sales Coordinator for our franchise sales team. The Sales Coordinator will be an integral part in leading the franchise team to their success.
Responsibilities include:
Sustain a current level of market intelligence; research up to date analytics and learn the industry tendencies as it relates to our brands and potential candidates to help the company grow.
Gain customers and public awareness of Firmitas and our brands through Social Media outlets, utilize LinkedIn and other outlets to attract potential franchisees.
Proactive prospecting for the sales team; finding candidates through various lead methods.
Marketing for Firmitas and our brands through various outlets.
Administer the Customer Relationship Management Accounts for the sales team.
Maintain and manage a full pipeline of potential customers for the sales team.
Consistently meet activity goals while working in a fast paced environment.
Qualifications Include:
Strong communication and presentation skills, with an emphasis on phone and email etiquette.
Great understanding of how to utilize social media in a business environment.
Proven track record of life success.
Excellent organizational skills and confidence in follow-ups.
A successful candidate will be a competitive, confident, self-motivated winner.
