Regional Sales Representative
We are seeking a Regional Sales Representative to join our young, exciting, and fast-paced team. Overall, we are looking for someone who's a self-starter that loves our vision, and who wants to help us grow Design-A-Card.org as quickly as possible. You'll be an integral part of a fast-growing company and -- assuming you do well -- there will be many opportunities for growth and promotion to a more senior role.
We need a resourceful, driven, results-oriented sales professional to help us set, drive, and execute our revenue goals. You'll work closely with our management to set priorities and make key strategic decisions. You'll shape and influence every part of our sales process to roll out a winning strategy that has material impact.

Key Accountabilities
Meet or exceed defined sales goals and standards for business development performance
Identify and prospect new business referrals
Develop and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
Work collaboratively with Sales Manager to ensure prospective and new customers are effectively boarded and established with Account Executive team.
Preferred attributes
Preferred minimum of 2
years of outside sales experience - not required
Be a highly competitive, self-starter with a target driven attitude
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Ability to work in a team environment or on your own initiative
Must have excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
Have no problem with making outbound sales calls and identifying or generating sales leads
Manage portfolio of clients and maintain updated record in our software system

Ability to take perform ad-hoc duties on individual basis

A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
