Sous Chef- Full and Part time
We are looking for talents who have a passion for cooking and working as a team in a smaller intimate fine dining
restaurant. It is essential that you are motivated to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for the patrons and
co workers. Most important to ensure the culinary quality of each plate, that orders are served timely and that any
problems that arise are rectified efficiently and calmly. Working as a team you are expected to work at all stations in the kitchen as needed. The goal is everyone takes pride in serving quality meals and making Ms Genes Place a happy and smooth operational kitchen that you enjoy coming to.
When the restaurant is not occupied with actively serving patrons, as in between meal times, everyone is to work
together to maintain a clean and orderly kitchen.
