ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Assemble in compliance with IPC standards
Operate test and assembly equipment
Operating small tools/equipment
Navigate within Oracle's manufacturing reports
Component identification
5S and housekeeping
Find, report and correct EH&S discrepancies on a routine basis
Recommend improvements to material, process flow and information flow
Material/inventory management - ensure Kanban levels are sufficient to maintain production requirements
Overtime will be required as the needs of the business dictate
Understand ever changing MFG requirements and the means of achieving those metrics
Qualifications:
Basic computer skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office
May be required to properly lift up to 30 pounds maximum. If an employee needs to lift over 30 pounds, it needs to be done with two employees lifting or needs to be reported to EHS to determine what can be done for a lifting aid.
Experienced user of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must be able to read and interpret BOMs
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Prefer work experience in electronics or circuit board assemblyEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
