Flourishing Jessup Area Company seeking Inbound Customer Service Representatives. Training in the beautiful, spacious and airy National Operations Center. Starting pay rate for these long-term Temporary to Hire opportunities is $10.50/hr. Pay rate increases to $12.00/hr. when you successfully complete the 6-week paid training program. Hours of training are 8:00 am- 5:00 pm. Upon completion of training you will be assigned an (8) hour shift starting between the hours of 9:00 am - 11:30 am. Alternative shift may be selected after seniority is established.
The Customer Service Representative assists healthcare subscribers with their yearly enrollment and answers other healthcare insurance related questions. This opportunity requires intelligence, compassion and the ability to communicate well. You will be taking inbound calls and occasionally researching information and returning a call. NO SALES! There will be an opportunity for some mandatory overtime and occasional weekend work during peak season. The ideal candidate will have prior Customer Service experience by phone or in person.
