Description:
Provide business analyst support for two projects. This position will support the development of a single request intake process and a demand management process and any associated sub-processes and will provide analyst support to the development of a new customer portal. The Business Analyst will schedule, lead and document outcomes from requirements gathering work sessions and from process design and redesign work sessions, any of which may involve both internal and external stakeholders. Prepare process and procedure documentation in accordance with established policies, standards and guidelines. May prepare and/or deliver training to process participants and software end-users. Prepare draft project artifacts for Project Manager review. Provide additional support to the Project managers as required to ensure the success of both projects.
Must have significant experience with business analysis, requirements definition, process design and redesign. Must be skilled in MS Visio, Project, Office and SharePoint. Must have experience facilitating diverse stakeholders. Experience with organizational change management preferred. Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
