A growing food company is searching for an Shipping & Receiving Supervisor in Lake Mills, IA. Manage all incoming and outgoing freight from the plant. The Shipping and Receiving Supervisor is also responsible for managing the inventory of all packaging, ingredients, chemical, and SI items. The Shipping and Receiving Supervisor works closely with customer service and production to pick, process, and maintain shipment schedule while ensuring product being shipped meets customer quality specifications. Set up production runs and manages all inventory produced from these production areas.
In return, the company offers a good starting salary, benefits and relocation if necessary.
Salary range for this position is $55-65k

Qualifications & Requirements:
-Associates degree REQUIRED
-3-5 years previous shipping and receiving experience in a food production plant REQUIRED
-2
years previous Supervisory experience REQUIRED
-Forklift experience REQUIRED
-Knowledge of production process, quality control and personal services
