Company has an opening for a technical sales professional to work with their
regional sales, engineering and manufacturing teams developing and selling
light-weight composite panels. The Sales Engineer will be engaged in product
design, structural engineering calculations, selection of materials and
manufacturing processes such as laminating, bonding and cutting in order to
generate winning project proposals.
Experience:
The preferred candidate will have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical
Engineering and proven experience and proficiency with the following skills:
- Reading and preparation of AutoCAD mechanical drawings
- Familiarity with the organization of manufacturing processes
- Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
- Basic cost estimating and cost accounting
- Preparing and making PowerPoint presentation
Bottom line :
1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related.
2. Experience in reading and preparation of AutoCAD mechanical drawings.
3. Familiarity with the organization of manufacturing processes.
4. Cost Estimating and Cost Accounting experience related to engineered products.
