Production Shift Supervisor
Requirements:
- Industrial shift production experience.
-General knowledge of industrial electric components and process equipment.
- Industrial commodity processing systems.
-Industrial Safety management.
-Food safety management. HACCP, Master Sanitation Systems, Customer Compliance
programs.
-Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
-Standard computer user skills.
-Minimum three years experience in food processing supervision.
Job Duties:
-Monitor Plant efficiencies (production output, yields, process supplies usage).
-Manage product inventories and process supplies.
-Makes onsite decisions during non standard operations.
-Provide inputs into preventive maintenance program.
-Develop shift production reports for management.
-Maintain operations sanitation schedules and records.
-Ensure operation is compliant with Safety and Food Safety Requirements.
-Monitor operations for potential Safety and Food Safety hazards on regular basis.
-Conducts and documents weekly tailgate meetings.
-Works off shifts (Swing and Graveyard) on ongoing regular basis.
-Works weekend oversight on rotating basis.
Pay:26.00/hr
