Imaging Manager

- Certification Required - Licensure Required - 3-5 years experience is required KNOWLEDGE:
Graduate of an accredited radiography program or equivalent.
Minimum Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology, BS Degree in Radiol o gy Administr a t ion , Healthcare, or Business.
SKILLS:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel.
Experience:
5 or more year's Technical experience in all areas of Diagnostic Radiology.
Additional modality experience preferre d.
Pr e vious supervisor expe r ience preferred in an acute care hospital setting.
Certification in Basic Advanced Cardiac Life support required ( o r obtained within 3 months of hire ).
LICENSE:
Current ARRT Current C a li f ornia C e rtificate ( CRT ) Fluoroscopy Permit ( CRT ) Additional certification in Special Procedures o r Mammography Preferred DEFINITION:
Provides health care ser v ic e s, applying Imaging Services to assist in diagnosis or treatment.
Manages overall operation of the Imaging Department.
Perfor m s radiographic procedures and related techniques, p r oducing im a ges for interpretation by or at the request of a licensed practitione r.
Is responsible for Radiation Safety , QA and Process Improvement for the entire department.
Is r esponsible for ensuring that quality, time l y and appropriate care is provided t o patients of any age including neonatal, infant, child, adolecent, adult and geriatric through patient assessment and treatment.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
