Regional Operations Manager/On-site Manager


Northwest Pallet Supply is currently interviewing for an Regional Operations Manager/On-Site Manager in Pittston, PA at our customer's distribution center to run their pallet operation. As a working manager, this position provides the leadership, management, and vision that is necessary to ensure the operating efficiency at the highest level of customer service in a high paced facility. This position is tasked with leading a crew of 20-25 employees within a dedicated area at a customer location and operating a forklift. This is an independent, high performance position. Availability Weekdays and Weekends for travel is a must! Responsibilities Include:
oCoaching of employees that models the values and culture of the company
oHiring and training of new employees
oEffective communication with customers and employees
oEnsure that all key processes - production, safety, and servicing - are understood by employees
oCoordinate inbound / outbound flow of product
oDaily reporting of production
oForklift Operation
Job Requirements:
oProven track record of success and stability (3
years)
oDemonstrated solid decision making
oAbility to provide new ideas think outside the box
oWorks well unsupervised
oExcellent interpersonal and communication skills
oResults oriented and can meet commitments
oWord and Excel proficiency
oForklift Experience
oBi-lingual / financials a plus
oFour-year college degree preferred
oMust be willing to work extended hours and weekEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
