Construction Field Install Super

We are looking for a Field Installation Supervisor (Construction) for a growing team at a manufacturing and distribution company in Central Florida. American Builders Supply is Florida's largest independent supplier of lumber, truss, doors and windows.

Background:
o Clean Motor Vehicle Report (3 Points or Less)
o Clean Background
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
o Finished carpentry experience
o Hardware/Lock Knowledge
o Prior construction experience is required
o Specific millwork, door, and window experience preferred
o Detail Oriented and Organized
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
o Efficiently manage the job site by optimizing company resources that are deployed to the field
o Scheduling and timeliness of both deliveries and installation services
o Maintain awareness of job progress by observing the progress of other trades and communicating with both the customer and the installer accordingly
o Manage and uphold quality standards for product, manufacturing and installation
o Proactive communication during each step of the construction process
o Job-site superintendent
o Office support staff
o Responsible for each community's ABS scope of work

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
