The Partner Marketing Specialist role is perfect for candidates who are interested in taking their current experience in Sales or Marketing to the next level. As a member of the Marketing Team, the Partner Marketing Specialist is responsible for working with the company's current and prospective strategic partners to strengthen partner relationships, as well as to garner new sales opportunities for the company's Talent Acquisition Software Platform.
This position will report into the Manager, Partner Marketing
Responsibilities:
-Drive and support important relationships with existing referral partners
-Develop strategies and build creative marketing programs to drive lead and opportunity generation among key channel partners.
-Effectively communicate the the company's Channel Partner Referral Program value proposition to engage existing and potential partners.
-Develop and manage new partner on-boarding and partner nurturing efforts to grow partner participation and referral program results
-Plan, organize, promote and manage incentive programs with partner account teams, including using email campaigns, cold/warm calling, networking, trade show participation, etc.
-Actively promote the company's incentive programs with partner marketing contacts and devise methods for sharing with partner sales teams.
-Drive and coordinate partner and client marketing campaigns along with the company's marketing resources (webinars, events, & email communications).
-Collaborate across functional groups in order to bring together resources to execute on channel programs, partner communications, partner enablement, and performance reporting.
-Mediate partner inquiries with other stakeholders within the company
-Qualify referral leads into opportunities for the company's direct Sales organization
-Measure and report on referral metrics and program effectiveness
-Meet and exceed referral opportunity quotas on a monthly basis
Qualifications:
-The successful candidate will have a background in marketing with 3-5 years specifically in partner or channel marketing.
-Strong strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to drive productive business discussions and outcomes with key channel partners.
-Previous experience working for a technology or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company a big plus
-Excellent project management and communication skills (written and verbal) are a must
-Demonstrated accountability and able to succeed in a results-driven sales environment
-Strong interpersonal, relationship building and negotiation skills
-Bright, outgoing, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented
-Display a willingness to learn, while simultaneously offering insight, suggestions, and feedback to the company's management
-Technology savvy, knowledge of Salesforce a plus
-Positive attitude and desire to grow with department and company
-30% travelEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
