This is a perfect career for a candidate with five or more year's recent experience in business-to-business commercial collections and accounts receivable client billing.

Our client is seeking someone with a strong technical background in Microsoft Excel including working with Macros, as this opportunity is geared towards a technically Savvy accounting individual.

Collections/Accounts Receivable Job Duties:
o Provide a professional level of customer service in regards to inbound and outbound client collections calls o Negotiate payment arrangements on past due invoiceso Provide account or invoice research as requested o Consistent interaction and communication with sales, support and customers as requiredo Post daily bank deposits and credit card charges o Provide assistance to the Credit Manager as needed to approve new customers for credito Initiate, tracks and maintains all records associated with weekly collection activities o Coordinates and set up new accounts o Process and send out monthly statements for customerso Create and maintain monthly sales tax reports for multiple states
Qualifications:
o Five or more years' progressive career experience in billing, commercial collections and accountingo Solid experience and knowledge of Excel to include Macroso Crystal Reports or other Report Writing software experience is highly desiredo Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook) o Ability to create and work with Advanced-level Microsoft Excel spreadsheetso Solid knowledge of general accounting and how it relates to the Accounts Receivable department Would you like to learn more about the Collections/Accounts Receivable job that Accounting Principals has available near downtown Fort Worth, TX area?
