Coordinating and leading processing employees; Assisting in giving directions to team leads; Assisting with the development of SSOPs and SOPs; Training, scheduling and assessing performance, including appraisals and disciplinary action; Performing preoperational inspections and enforcing safety regulations; Assisting with audits and maintaining appropriate documentation; Ensuring product safety by working with the Quality department.
Education:
4-year degree required.
Required Skills:

years of experience in food processing and sanitation; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Strong problem solving skills; Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
