Commercial Lines Account Manager position available in Newport Beach / Irvine location. Direct Hire position with the opportunity for growth. Excellent working environment. Please forward resume for review. Interviews being scheduled immediately.
Duties:
oManages client renewal process including Exposure Analysis, Specification Preparation, Insurance Company Negotiations, Policy Check-In and Summary issuance.
oAssists Unit Manager and Account Executive with new business activities.
oMaintains client open items list and manages day to day client service and communications.
oCoordinates all support services.
oWork with several lines of insurance including General Liability, Professional Liability, Workers Compensation, Property Insurance, Commercial Umbrella, Commercial Auto, and EPLI.
Requirements
oAbility to market and service the insurance needs of commercial accounts.
oUnderstanding of commercial rating concepts.
oMinimum of 5 years of brokerage experience.
oProven ability to organize and manage time in order to meet deadlines.
oDemonstrated ability to understand and execute oral and written instruction.
oAbility to communicate professionally with clients and develop strong client relationships.
oWorking knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software applications.
oUnderstanding of general insurance accounting, including client invoicing.
oDemonstrated interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with Associates at all levels of responsibility.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
