Looking for more of a Super Admin with Contracts Experience Must be mobile, as this position will be out on the floor often High level of Customer Service Experience and Knowledge of contract language Will not be negotiating contracts GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Contracts Administrator is responsible for all facets of contract and business administration for assigned commercial and military aerospace programs and customers (development as well as sustaining/production). Provide customer service and support to domestic and international customer base. This position reports directly into the Senior Contracts Manager for the Fire Protection Systems business unit. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Review, negotiate, and scrutinize terms and conditions of newly acquired contracts and manage existing contracts to ensure compliance and resolution of any potential contract and/or risk issues Proposal preparation Purchase order review, processing and acknowledgement Flow down of contract requirements and amendments Develop pricing approaches and strategies to align with overall business objectives Preparation of contractual agreements, including non-disclosure agreements and LOI's, MOA's etc. Support marketing & program management with new proposal activity and development, contract negotiation and execution Change management; monitor contract activities for out-of-scope work, develop & negotiate assertions as appropriate Customer demand & financial forecasting and order demand management Track, manage & report delivery performance metrics Assess business risks and propose plans to mitigate when appropriate Accounts receivable monitoring Business analysis and management of customer accounts Contract file maintenance and close-outs Comply with all company procedures and internal authorization requirements and guidelines Other duties as assigned by manager WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 3 years Contracts Administration experience to include administration of complex government and commercial contracts. Working knowledge of various contract types, and US Government export regulations is desired. Working Experience and background in FAR/DFAR contracting Must have expertise and full understanding of aerospace & defense contract terms and conditions. Capable of evaluation, presentation to management, recommendation of strategy and successful implementation. Candidate must be an experienced negotiator of contract terms and conditions and contract pricing with customers. Excellent communications skills:
writing, presenting, negotiating, listening. Works expeditiously under time constraints and in a fast-paced dynamic program environment. Results oriented; working collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing business environment. Must be proficient in the use of PC and applicable software applications including analysis tools. Successful candidate will be a self-starter with strong analytical and problem solving skills; capable of dealing with multiple internal and external (domestic and international) customers. Candidate will support company ACE initiatives, including standard work and business financial goals. Business team participation is expected. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or Equivalent
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
